REVIT-R® is a formula with a nutritionally complete composition providing an adapted content of macronutrients and micronutrients, in powder form, for the dietary management of increased nutritional requirements in adults and older adults

Main characteristics
- Protein profile based on milk proteins of high biological value, providing essential and semi-essential amino acids as part of the nutrient-adapted formulation.
- Adapted fatty acid profile with a suitable ω6/ω3 ratio, providing monounsaturated fatty acids and medium-chain triglycerides.
- Low-osmotic carbohydrate source based on maltodextrins, enriched with soluble prebiotic fibres such as inulin and FOS.
- Provides vitamins, minerals and choline, with an adapted calcium-to-phosphorus ratio as part of the nutrient composition.
- Nutritionally complete and isocaloric formulation; lactose-free and gluten-free, suitable for oral or enteral tube feeding.
Complete balanced diet for adults and elderly people with higher nutritional needs, loss of appetite or risk of undernutrition, or requiring a liquid diet, enteral tube feeding, or long-term nutritional support. Not suitable for parenteral use.
- To prepare one serving of REVIT-R® Isocaloric (1 ml = 1 kcal): pour 210 ml of clean lukewarm water and gradually add 6 levelled scoops (inserted in the tin) to prepare 250 ml of ready-to-serve feed. Stir well until the powder is fully dissolved. Once prepared, consume REVIT-R®promptly and discard any leftover.
- One tin of 400 g of REVIT-R®yields approximately 7 servings.
- When used as an oral supplement, 2 to 3 servings can be recommended daily. The dosage and number of servings may vary depending on the adult's needs. Please consult your healthcare professional for advice.
- When used for enteral tube feeding, use under medical supervision. The dilution, volume and flow rate should be determined based on the patient's condition and specific nutritional requirements.
Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Batch number/ Best before date: see the bottom of the tin. Close the tin tightly and store it in
a cool and dry place (but not in the refrigerator). Use the content within 3 weeks after first opening.
Available formats: 400 g and 800 g.
Formulated in compliance with the European regulation for Special Food for Medical Purposes (SFMP), the US Dietary Reference Intakes (DRI), and the clinical guidelines of the ESPEN Society.
